The thermostat is in the hallway. 21° during the day is ideal, it lowers itself overnight.

The brown bin (food waste) is collected on Tuesday and Friday. Instructions for everything else are on the fridge.

Capsule machine on the counter. Spare capsules are in the drawer to the left of the sink.

Washing machine in the bathroom. Detergent is already in the top drawer.

Out of respect for the neighbours, quiet between 22:00 and 08:00, especially on the terrace.

Please keep noise low between 22:00 and 08:00. The neighbours are lovely and we'd like to keep it that way.

Feel free to smoke on the balcony or outside; please don't smoke inside.

This is a residential building. Gatherings beyond registered guests aren't permitted.

Please leave the place as you found it, and let us know right away if anything breaks.
